JAGADEESH KUMAR, MD MRCP
Dr. Kumar specializes in general dermatology and skin surgery, as well as skin cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Kumar moved to this area after working at MD Dermatology of Maryland in Southern Maryland where he worked as a Dermatology Staff Physician.
Dr. Kumar completed his medical training in 1996 from Mysore University and then he did his Residency in Dermatology from 1996 to 1998 in New Delhi, India . Dr. Kumar moved to United Kingdom for specialist training, and he worked as Senior House Officer in General Medicine as well as Dermatology in England and achieved a prestigious board certification by the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom. He also completed Diploma in Clinical Dermatology with distinction from University of London.
He came to United States in 2001 where he completed a Residency at the Cleveland Clinic Health System in Ohio. Dr. Kumar was honored as BEST RESIDENT, 2002-2003 from the Cleveland Clinic Hospitals. In addition, he scored in the top 1% on his board exam, which included all US physicians taking their boards in 2003. He was in private practice for 4 years in Phoenix, Arizona and then he completed a fellowship in Ambulatory Dermatology with Allergy and Dermatology Associates in Southern Maryland. Dr. Kumar has vast experience in Dermatology and Medicine.
Dr. Kumar is married and has two daughters 15 and 12 yrs. He lives with his wife and daughters in Hockessin, Delaware. Dr. Kumar spends his spare time watching TV with his daughters, going the gym and jogging.

COTY KALBACH, PA-C
Coty Kalbach is a board-certified Physician Assistant with seven years of experience in family medicine. She is looking forward to using her broad knowledge during this transition to dermatology while utilizing her keen eye for detail to treat and diagnose each unique patient's skin complaints. It is important to her to continue to form relationships with her patients in order to provide high quality care.
Coty graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from West Chester University and continued her education at Arcadia University where she earned her master's degree in medical science. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
Coty trained under Dr. Kumar at Elkton Dermatology and is eager to accept new patients at First State Dermatology. She is excited to work with Dr. Kumar in a team-based approach with a focus on skin cancer prevention and treatment, as well as a wide range of dermatological conditions.
