OUR PHYSICIAN
JAGADEESH KUMAR, MD MRCP
Dr. Kumar specializes in skin cancer, general Dermatology, and skin surgery. He brings extensive experience from his work at MD Dermatology of Maryland and previous roles in the UK and US.
Dr. Kumar earned his medical degree from Mysore University in 1996 and completed dermatology residency in New Delhi. He further trained in the United Kingdom, achieving board certification from the Royal College of Physicians and earning a Diploma in Clinical Dermatology with distinction from the University of London. After moving to the United States in 2001, he completed residency training at the Cleveland Clinic, where he was honored as Best Resident and scored in the top 1% on his board exams.
With years of experience in Ambulatory Dermatology, Dr. Kumar is dedicated to providing expert, compassionate care to all his patients.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and jogging.

MADELINE LITWIN, PA-C
Madeline Litwin is a board-certified physician assistant with a passion for dermatology and preventative skin care. She earned her Master of Science in Health Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2023, following a bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Maryland, College Park. Before graduate school, she gained valuable hands-on experience working as a medical assistant in a dermatology practice.
Madeline began her career as a PA in internal medicine and is now excited to return to dermatology under the guidance of Dr. Kumar. She brings strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a warm, collaborative approach to patient care. Her professional focus includes skin cancer prevention and treatment, along with the diagnosis and management of a wide range of skin conditions.
Outside the clinic, Madeline enjoys hiking and kayaking with her husband and their dog, Milo. She also loves reading, relaxing at home, and hosting game nights with friends.
